Here are a few tip on my Invisalign Hygiene: How to Clean Invisalign Trays. In this video I show you how I clean my trays/teeth and what I use. I’m so glad I started this Invisalign series as I get many questions about my treatment and everything that comes with it.

I only mentioned the products and methods I feel comfortable with as there are many that use Polident to clean their trays. I was also highly recommended by my dentist to not use things like that. There are cleaning crystals that come with the trays, however, they make my trays smell even worse and I’m not comfortable with the chemicals. I found my way to be the healthiest, cruelty free and cleanest way to do it. If you have any other tips on how you keep your trays clean, please let me know in the comment section.
